Yesterday, the company held its annual work‑deployment meeting. The Chairman, General Manager and all staff were present to stand at a new starting point and look ahead to a new journey.

At the opening of the meeting, the Chairman delivered a speech.

Taking stock of current conditions and trends, and keeping an eye on future opportunities and challenges, the Chairman outlined the company’s development blueprint for the new year. He reviewed and recognized past achievements, while sharing reflections and expectations for the road ahead. His words conveyed confidence, as well as substantial responsibilities.

Subsequently, the General Manager laid out the overall work plan for the new year.

Covering strategy to implementation, objectives to action plans, the clear framework helped every employee gain a firm sense of direction. The canvas of the new year is slowly unfolding, waiting for us to fill and shape it.
