To further enhance all‑staff awareness of quality responsibility, strictly control product quality in production, and continuously improve product performance, our company has held on‑site quality meetings for front‑line workers in different production workshops in batches, ensuring quality control requirements are implemented down to the production floor.
Quality is the lifeline for an enterprise’s survival and growth. Product quality control relies on the commitment of every employee on the production frontline. At the meetings, management addressed all production staff on‑site. Combined with real‑world production conditions, they covered key points including operational specifications, processing standards, self‑inspection requirements for each working procedure, review of recurring quality issues, and detailed control of finished products.
It was emphasized at the meetings that all staff should firmly uphold the production philosophy of Quality First. Quality management is not the sole responsibility of one single department. It runs through every process such as cutting, processing and assembly, and every employee shall take their share of quality accountability.
